Problems and solutions in the loading of concrete mixing plant
1. The feeding operation is not stable; the reason: the feeding track is warped and uneven, and the hopper roller is in poor contact; the solution: check and adjust the two tracks to make the tracks straight and parallel.
2. The traction mechanism is broken by passing the top dead point when the material is being loaded up; reasons: (1) the automatic limit device fails, (2) the automatic limit baffle is deformed and does not work; solution: (1) repair or replace The limit device (2) adjusts the limit baffle.
3. The hopper is stuck when loading; reasons: (1) the guide rail is not installed flat, (2) there is foreign matter in the hopper discharge door; solution: (1) re-leveling, (2) removing foreign matter.
4. The lower mouth of the hopper does not load when feeding; reasons: (1) the wire rope is elongated, (2) the wire rope clamp is loose; solutions: (1) adjust the rope buckle to tighten it, (2) tighten the wire rope clamp.
